Curriculum
Today we enjoyed listening to some books about families. We read The Scarecrow’s wedding, Stickman and Owl babies. We talked about the family members in each story. We also watched Stickman on the whiteboard. In talk partners we discussed who was in our own families. We looked at what different families look like, comparing families from all across the world. We drew a picture of our families and then drew a self portrait of ourselves in collage.
