School Uniform

EYFS, Y1 – Y4

Are asked to wear:

  • A red jumper, cardigan or fleece (school logo optional)
  • A white polo shirt
  • Grey skirt, pinafore or trousers

In the Summer months, children can wear a gingham dress or grey shorts.

Black shoes or trainers (no slip-on, open toe sandals or flip flops, due to safety reasons)

 

Y5 and Y6

Are asked to wear: 

  • A Blue jumper, cardigan or fleece (school logo optional)
  • A white polo shirt
  • Grey skirt, pinafore or trousers

In the Summer months, children can wear a gingham dress or grey shorts.

Black shoes or trainers (no slip-on, open toe sandals or flip flops, due to safety reasons)

     

 

PE kit:

All children are asked to wear:

  • a red t-shirt
  • pair of blue shorts or blue jog trousers for outdoor wear
  • pumps or trainers.

 

The PE kit does not have a school logo and can be purchased from any local supermarket. School will also accept any shorts and t-shirt, if this is more affordable for the parent/carers.

 

Swimming Kit:

Swimming Y4 children will take part in swimming lessons at Wright Robinson Sports College and are expected to wear a swimming costume or shorts/trunks (no Bermuda shorts allowed). Anyone with long hair is expected to wear a swimming hat. All uniform without the school logo, can be purchased from all major supermarkets or high street stores.

 

Logoed items:

We are pleased to let you know that KK Sports on Gorton Indoor Market now have stock of jumpers and cardigans for St Clement’s and will have stock of fleeces, PE Kits and bags very soon.
Please call in and see them for all your uniform needs, they are extremely helpful and offer an excellent service.
If there is something they haven’t got or a size you need just ask and they will order it in for you.

Alternatively, these can be purchased from ‘Goodies’, which is an online store and will be delivered to the home address for a small fee, OR delivered free to school for parent/carers to collect. Orders placed before midnight on the 15th of the month will be delivered approximately at the end of the month. Orders placed before midnight on the last day of the month will be delivered approximately the middle of the month. Please allow up to 20 working days from cut off during the busy months of June – September.

Deliveries in to school are free however, you do have the option to pay for home delivery at a cost of £6.50. PLEASE NOTE – Home delivery is not an express option. Any orders that are due for delivery into school while the school is closed will be held in the warehouse until school re-opens.

 

Throughout the school year, the family support team will accept donations of any unwanted, good condition, school uniform items from parent/carers. These will be washed, ironed and re-sold at a reduced price, at the end of each academic year and throughout the school year- stock is subject to donations.
